TFT PIGS 2011(2)
Toys For Tots Run!

We are an organization of current and retired “Law Enforcement” officers that enjoy riding motorcycles.

The club was instituted to offer camaraderie between current and retired law enforcement officers, to generate an increased level of enthusiasm for those who enjoy riding American based/produced V-Twin motorcycles. The club also enjoys a limited amount of civilian associates as club members.

The Steel Pigs Motorcycle Club was started in Rockford Illinois, in Jan 2006. It is strictly made up of full time and retired Law Enforcement officers with limited civilian members as allowed per the club by-laws. Since 1997 the club had been operating as the Rockford Wild Pigs Motorcycle Club, and was part of the Wild Pigs MC National Chapter.

The club grew as time went on, and has become recognized and well respected in the community. It was decided that due to the dedication of the local members, and the clubs local fundraising efforts, the club separated from the National Wild Pigs MC and started operating independently as the Rockford Steel Pigs, Inc.

Some of the past fund raising efforts of the club have benefited such local organizations as, The Carrie Lynn Children’s Center, The Kevin Rice Memorial Scholarship Fund (Rockford Police Detective killed in the line of duty), Toys for Tots, and The Walter Lawson Children’s Home.

The Rockford Steel Pigs will continue their dedication to humanitarian efforts within the Rockford and regional areas.

The “Steel Pigs Motorcycle Club” is an independent non-profit organization, not affiliated or sponsored by “Harley-Davidson Inc.”, or by any other professional organization.
